Nancy staidle: violin
Nancy Staidle received a Bachelor of Music in violin performance degree from San Diego State University where she performed the Barber Concerto with the Orchestra. She has a Master of Music degree in violin performance from the University of Southern California where her principal teacher was Alice Schoenfeld.
As a professional violinist she played one year with the Nashville Symphony and has been a member of the first violin section of the Louisville Orchestra since 1986. She also plays frequently as a member of the Derby City Strings.
